Apartment Review for University Circle Place - Cleveland, OH

The management is horrible and does not help you with any maintenance problems or noise complaints. The Boarding House leaves their door open that connects to our apt bldg and so having a key card to access this bldg for security purposes is useless. Although the janitors try to keep the place clean there are scraps of food and unknown fluids on the floor. Constant yelling and screaming down the hall. Currently they are doing construction on the whole building-- working from as early at 8am everyday... you have no privacy and you can't ever sleep or have a quiet afternoon to work and concentrate.
