Apartment Review for The Marshall Place Apartments - Cleveland, OH

I lived here for 3 years. A year in a 1 bedroom and then I moved to a 2 bedroom corner unit. The building is well maintained. Management is friendly and helpful. The walls are really thick and I've never heard a peep out of a neighbor in 3 years. My only complaint is that they don't have a underground garage. The adjacent gated lot is fine but it made me sad to see my new car sitting out in a snow drift. It would also be nice to have management on site to receive packages etc but not having them there hasn't been a big issue. Also, if you take a corner unit (201, 301, 401, 501) be prepared for some hefty electric bills due to all the windows. In the winter months ours got to $300 a month with the heat set at 65. Overall great place. I like it much better than the other 2 buildings I've lived at downtown (Bridgeview, Stonebridge)
