Apartment Review for The Islander Apartments - Cleveland, OH

I don't even know where to start with this place... When we moved in, I had to call maintenance 3 times in 2 days. Just when it seemed like things were fixed, something else would break or start to leak. In December, a pipe burst in our bedroom, soaking the carpet our bedroom furniture, and clothing that I had in a laundry basket on the floor. They did not replace the carpet, and my bedroom still smells like a mildewy attic. There are NO PARKING PLACES. 95% of the time you have to park in another building's lot and walk an inconvenient distance to get to your apartment. This is lovely when you've got an armful of groceries. A parking spot in the carports is available, but BEWARE. The ports are dimly lit(if they are lit at all) and cannot be seen from the apartment buildings. This makes a great place for someone to break in to your car and steal your belongings(I speak from personal experience). Don't give these fools your money...
