This property has slowly gone down over the years. From having a custodian on-site, to no custodian and just a phone number to call to leave a message to which you may or may not get a response. Response to requests from management are typically slow unless it's something that will directly impact the owner. Shrubbery is allowed to become overgrown (and turn into weeds) before it is cut giving the place the look and feel of tenement housing as opposed to a suburban dwelling. Tenant base is also questionable.
