Apartment Review for Highland Woods - Cleveland, OH

When I first moved here, it was well kept and very clean. That's what caught my attention. Maintenance fixed any problems that arrived promptly. Since these new owners purchased this place about a year ago, this place has drastically went down. They don't want to fix anything. You have to call for weeks before they do anything - if they do anything. They're nasty and unprofessional. A few months back, I felt like I was pulling into the city dump. That's how bad this place looked. The office staff is too lazy to follow up on complaints. But, if someone is looking for a place, they will get off their lazy ass and show them a place.I have been here for years and do not plan to renew my lease. If you don't care about where you live and about safety - move here. Because the only thing they care about is money. I recommend that you bypass this place if you care about where you money is going.
