Apartment Review for Goudreau Management Corporation - Cleveland, OH

I've been sitting here trying to think of something positive to say, and I can't think of even one thing. Nothing about this place is quaint, safe, up to code, etc. According to the laws regarding this type of apartment living, Goudreau would be shut down since they break every code in the book. It is cheap rent, but you pay more per sqare foot of unsturdy floor than you would any place around the area. If I could have one redo in life, it would be spending anytime in this drug/crime/violence infested cul-de-sac.
