Apartment Review for Francis - Cleveland, OH

Don't be fooled by the spacious apartments in decent conditions!!! The management company is employed by a bunch of liars!! They will tell you anything to get your money. They are cheap too. Instead of replacing things the cover it up, patch it up etc. The buildings are OLD with many small problems that can stress you out, like grinding pipes, toilets that don't flush etc. You have to have tough skin and patience to deal with this living environement. Oh beware, you should check all the appliances to be sure you don't have remnants of rodents (AKA droppings). The tenants are all shady, they smoke alot make lots of noise and have pets (which are not supposed to be allowed according to the lease). Also the side street is a little shady, lots of loud people walking passed going through our parking lot to the corner store. I feel unsafe at times with random people having access to our back yard. Parking is supposed to be free but there are not enough spaces for everyone and they don't plow the lot always. I think you can probably do better!!
