at 11:13 pm May 18th, 2009 tenant in apt 406 was playing music loud. I really feel this is done spitefully since in the past I personally knocked on his door 2 different times and asked that he turn down his music verbally and in writing with an explanation specifically to how his music is so loud and how it directly affects my family. Will be happy when I move. This place is unbearable  Need to rent an apartment?
