Apartment Review for Forest Hills Park Apartments - Cleveland, OH

Something must have changed at Forest Hill Park Apts around Sept 2008, because things have gotten much better since then. Maybe its better management. This building used to have problems, but now the maintenance is 1-2 turnaround, the elevators are cleaner, and the safety level is superb, mainly because there are no 2 nighttime security guards, every night. The office staff is also much better: better organized, and has done a great job at keeping good tenants happy and keeping troublemakers away. Building is also nice a quiet now at nights. It's always been very conveniently located for Rapid lines. I plan to recommend to my friends who are looking for a place on the East Side.
