Apartment Review for Executive Tower & Gardens Apartments - Cleveland, OH

I have lived here for two yrs. The first year was good, intill they swithced owners. Ever since then things have been bad. The maintenace staff Has messed up my place several times. There is absolutley no parking. And every time I ask about the parking they giggle and blow me off. I would not recomend this place to anybody. There is unfinished projects all over the building making it look like a slum.
