Apartment Review for Emerald Overlook - Cleveland, OH

I have never lived in such a raggedy place!! First, hte hallway ceiling cave din and they never fixed it!! Then, one time I had to rent a car because mine had been in an accident. The manager, Michelle, had my car TOWED!!! Granted, there are parking stickers provided, but I told her and she didn't do anytihng!! Michelle, told me I should've parked in another lot in visitors parking!! WHAT!!?? She didn't care! My brother lived there as well and he got injured because of Emerald Overlook's unsafe building. That place needs to be condemned!!!!
