Apartment Review for Emerald Overlook - Cleveland, OH

I have moved around a lot. However, no complex has been as bad as this one. We had a mice problem for six months, and the only reason we got rid of it was by moving - apartment management did not bother doing anything. When I first moved in I complained about a variety of things that was wrong with the apartment - not working correctly - 14 months later no one ever bothered doing anything (my husband did the work). The staff was unaware of anything and made up lies constantly to try to cover up the fact that nothing was being done. Also, now two months after moving out, I have to fight for my security deposit - so the stress continues. My suggesstion is if you want to live in a happy community - this would not be it.
