Apartment Review for Emerald Overlook - Cleveland, OH

I have moved around a lot. However, no complex as been as bad as this one. We had a mice problem for six months, and the only reason we got rid of it is by moving - no one bothered doing anything. When I first moved in I complained about a variety of things that was wrong with the apartment 14 months later nothing was ever done by the apartment people (my husband did it). The staff was unaware of anything and in my book spoke in circles to get you off the phone. Also, know two months later, I am still fighting for my security deposit. My suggestion is to look else where unless you want unnecessary headaches and stress.
