Apartment Review for Emerald Overlook - Cleveland, OH

This apartment complex is the worst of the worst. Management has no regards for the tenants whatsoever, when anything goes wrong in your apt. don't bother calling them because it will be forever and a day before they do anything about it - if they decide to do anything. I've lived this nightmare so that you don't have to, with that being said safe yourself and your loved ones and keep looking for another apartment.
