Apartment Review for Colony Apartments - Cleveland, OH

PROS: Located close to historic Shaker Square, these apartments are a catch for those people who want to live in a nice neighborhood with style for a reasonable price. Living room is decent sized. Close to RTA bus pick ups, and directly across from the rapid transit. CONS: Poor service from Montlack Realty. They are slow to answer requests and often ignore concerns. I had to basically argue with them to get some simple maintenance completed. They also do not properly salt the driveways or back entrances to the buildings when it is icey. This is very annoying considering that the driveway was a sheet of ice for about 2 months straight. Many of the appliances are older, and as stated before, upkeep requests are basically ignored. I would definitly recomend the Shaker Square area, but would suggest avoiding Montlack. Hope this helps!
