Apartment Review for Chelsea Apartments - Cleveland, OH

Do not sign a lease with this company! The building seems great and the staff are friendly, but as soon as you sign a lease the staff will not return phone calls or emails. Since living in this building, at least 6 cars have been broken into in the "off street parking" area. At least 3 cars that parked in front of the building have been totaled and several other cars have been sideswiped. Several major maintenance issues have been left unresolved for long periods of time - plumbing and ceiling leaks, seasonal heating issues. Most importantly, the management company failed to pay the gas bill for the common areas of the building which resulted in disconnection of service. All 24 units of this building were without hot water. There are some serious concerns surrounding this building and the management company 'running' the building. Strangely enough, it is a different company that the previous poster mentioned... same problems, different name.
