Apartment Review for Brookview Commons - Cleveland, OH

Avoid this place. They are all liars. Florence and Dan are the worst rental agent and maintenance to deal with. Empty promise that the apartment will be ready when I move in. NEVER HAPPENED. The place was filthy; stove, bathtub, bathroom, stove, garbage disposal, mailbox, patiodoor all needed repair that day I moved in. 6 weeks later, there are still repairs that were not done. Try calling them and they will give some excuses that they are busy and will call you back.....NEVER HAPPENED. The hallway is infested with cigarette smoke ALL THE TIME. Even the maintenance guy smokes while working in the building. The parking lot and outside walkways are not cleaned or even salted during these winter months. I have to buy a shovel and dig my car out of the parking lot. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent and empty promises. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!
