Apartment Review for Big Creek Apartments - Cleveland, OH

Currently the website lists the most you can pay for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom is $909. I am currently being charged $969 and they wanted to raise my rent for the next year. That being said, maintenance is awful and I have waited up to 8 months for something to get fixed. There are constantly spiders and ants getting into the apartment because of the mulch, and they don't spray for insects here. What is a resident to do? They "bait you" with kindness when you apply to live here then they "make the switch" after you sign a lease. I am out of here!
