Apartment Review for Maycourt Apartments - Cleveland, OH

Lived at Maycourt for two years (July 2008-2010). PROS: My apartment was beautiful - unbelievably spacious. Huge living/dining rooms and bedrooms. NOWHERE else in Cov. area will you get all that space for such a low price-- trust me, I checked! Building manager was AWESOME- could call him at 2am and hed be there in 15 minutes. Always answered my calls, always promplty fixed whatever I needed. Loved being so close to Coventry road. Grounds are impeccable - always taken care of and clean. Had central air which was GREAT!! Ample street parking all the time. CONS: loud mexican neighbors blaring spanish pop music all day (who knows how many kids lived there... too many!). Had a 4th floor walk up - that got old REALLY fast! Outside surroundings not so safe - lots of "activity" at deli across street. Never felt unsafe IN building. Had a parking spot that people ALWAYS STOLE that would piss me off - or would park behind my car and block me in - also pissed me off. Check this place out!
