Wouldn't recommend by any means. Parking costs additional and yet I had to let out passengers before pulling in as space was small. Very poorly done upgrades since construction (ca. 1920s?) U will pay a fortune in utilities b/c poor insulation. NOISY neighbors. Maintenance needs to be called every week for something. Avoid the misery. GO ELSEWHERE.  Need to rent an apartment?
